Wau Holland Foundation supports and funds the operational costs (hardware + running costs) for decentralized communication networks that focus on the anonymity/privacy of their users. Among others the XMPP Instant Messaging platform “jabber.ccc.de” operated by the Chaos Computer Club is funded.
